I can have confortable sex again; however, I am not 20, 30, or 40 so it is not necessary to use it every day. I use it about twice a week whether I make love with my husband or not. When we do make love, it is no longer painful and I can enjoy it without worrying about the effects of rubbing and irriation. I also work for a gynecologist and recommend this product to patients because it works. It causes no irritation and does not give you the side effects of the over the counter lubricants.
