I was seeing results within a day or so of starting it. One way you can tell you have a bad yeast problem (candida) is look at your tongue. Is it coated with white? Then you have a yeast problem and possibly systemic. I am seeing some letup on serious breathing problems that I am having since starting this.You have to take this on completely empty stomach and then wait a length of time. If you eat or have had a meal then you kill the impacts of how it can do. It is very strict on how you use this. It won't work if you have food in your stomach. Wait at least 2 hours or more after eating and that depends on how much you ate at a meal. I take mine during the night when I know I have an empty stomach and then very early morning and wait two hours. It is very strict and if you don't follow the rules on taking it, you botch the results and see no results. You have to plan how you take it but it is really worth the effort as... In '04 after my gyn 'gave up on me', I took my health into my own hands and went onto a low carb, sugar free diet, and eliminated all processed foods. I also used 'Candida Clear' and several other anti-yeast formulations, both herbal and homeopathic. In addition to this, I used boric acid vaginal capsules, for about 6 months, as the Rx anti-fungals didn't work at all for me. After a year of strict adherance to the yeast-free diet, I was much better, but only by staying on the diet. And I'd become one of those people that no one wanted to have over for dinner! Plus I was missing eating tomatoes, carrots, fruits, etc. So I found Candex online, and decided to try it, even though it was the most expensive single remedy I'd tried w/o prescription. I know that "cured" is a strong word. But since I started taking Candex, I haven't had one yeast infection. And it's also nice to not have to worry about having any of the yeast die-off symptoms. I feel better all the way around in my digestive tract. (i.e. I am much more regular now.) I highly recommend anyone with yeast problems or symptoms try this supplement. You will not be disappointed.
